1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the SetuplyTV website or booking our TV installation services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Offered

SetuplyTV provides TV wall mounting, smart TV setup, cable management, and related installation services. Services are subject to availability based on your location and technician schedule.

3. Booking & Scheduling

• Bookings can be made online or via phone/WhatsApp
• Time slots are subject to availability
• We may reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.)

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate address and contact details
• Ensure access to installation area at the scheduled time
• Ensure wall condition is suitable for installation
• Arrange required power supply and internet (if needed)

5. Pricing & Payments

• Service charges will be informed before confirmation
• Additional charges may apply for extra work or materials
• Payment is due immediately after service completion
• Accepted modes: UPI, Cash, or other available methods

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Free cancellation if done at least 24 hours before service
• Late cancellations may incur a service charge
• No-show may result in cancellation fees

7. Warranty & Service Guarantee

SetuplyTV provides service-level assurance for installation quality. However, we do not provide warranty on third-party products (TV, mounts, accessories).

8. Limitation of Liability

SetuplyTV is not responsible for any pre-existing wall damage, electrical issues, or product defects. Any damage caused directly due to technician negligence will be reviewed and resolved accordingly.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
